  • Travel Insurance
  • Document attestation

3. Booking and Payment Terms

  • Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed once full or partial payment has been received.
  • Payments: You must make payments via the methods specified on our website. Failure to complete payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.
  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in airline fares, hotel rates, or taxes. Any changes in prices will be communicated prior to the confirmation of your booking.
  • Service Charges: Avera Services reserves the right to charge service fees for certain bookings, including visa services and document attestation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Immediate Cancellation (Within 24 Hours of Payment): If you cancel your visa request within 24 hours of making the payment, only the bank charges incurred during the transaction will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellation After 24 Hours of Payment: If the visa request is cancelled after 24 hours of making the payment, a deduction of 20% will be made from our service fees, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellation More than 24 Hours After Payment: If you cancel the visa request more than 24 hours after making the payment, 50% of our service fees will be deducted before issuing a refund.
  • Application Not Processed: If we are unable to process your visa application due to incomplete documents or unavailability of required appointments (e.g., if extra documents could not be provided or if your travel plan is cancelled), only the Embassy fees will be refunded.
  • Rejection or Cancellation After Submission at Embassy: If the visa is rejected or cancelled after the submission at the Embassy, no fees (including service and Embassy fees) will be refunded.
  • E-Visa Applications: E-visa services are non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. User Obligations

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete personal and travel information during the booking process. Any discrepancies or errors in the provided information may result in service delays or cancellations.
  • Travel Documentation: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct travel documents, including a valid passport, visa, and other required identification.
  • Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies of the countries you are traveling to or through.

6. Use of Website

  • Content Ownership: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Avera Services or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without prior written consent.
  • Prohibited Use: You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with or disrupt the security or operations of the website, or to engage in any fraudulent activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • General: Avera Services acts as an intermediary between you and various service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of these third parties, including delays, cancellations, or service failures.
  • No Guarantees: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee that our website will always be available or that all information will be error-free.
  • Exclusion of Indirect Damages: We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Force Majeure

Avera Services shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or other failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, strikes, or technical failures.

9. Travel Insurance

We recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover risks related to health, travel disruptions, and loss of personal belongings. Avera Services does not assume liability for any losses that may occur if adequate insurance is not obtained.

10. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property on this website, including trademarks, logos, and other proprietary content, belongs to Avera Services. Unauthorized use of these materials is prohibited.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of our website or services are governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

12. Amendments

Avera Services reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website or our services will indicate acceptance of the updated Terms.

  • Consumer Protection: This agreement is subject to the provisions of the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you believe that our services do not meet the promised standards, you have the right to raise a dispute.
  • GST Compliance: All bookings made through our website are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) in accordance with Indian tax laws. GST details will be provided in your booking invoice.
  • Dispute Resolution: In case of any disputes or grievances, you can also file complaints with the Ministry of Tourism’s grievance cell or the respective state consumer forums under Indian law.
